Learning needs arise directly from the work process and environment. This learning does not follow a syllabus, and learners have control over the learning process. Of course, this type of learning can also take place completely analogously, for example through direct exchange with colleagues. But more and more frequently it takes place digitally - in the digital exchange with colleagues, by searching in various knowledge bases, by digital notes, reflection, etc.
