Ambient Assisted Living (AAL) is getting more and more important because of the superannuation of the population.
The three year support action „AAL2Business“ (http://www.aal-europe.eu/helping-you-to-go-to-market/) is amined to help AAL projects to enter the market. Currently the EU project DALIA (Assistant for Daily Life Activities at Home) is in the phase where it is planned to make the research results accessible for the public. Hermann Stern represented for Know-Center the EU project DALIA in a workshop in order to discuss the business model with project partners and to create a solid basis to market DALIA.
